Exchanges

- The product does not meet the expected features and you want to change it for another design.
- The size of the product does not match your real size (To avoid problems with the size of the garment, please check the "Size Guide" before making the purchase!).
- In the two previous cases, for the garment to be changed, must not have been used previously used.

Changes must be made within fourteen (14) natural days since the delivery of the order at destination.

Size change
For all those orders sent to the Iberian Peninsula * and the Balearic Islands, as long as the product is in good condition and has not been used previously, the costs associated with the first size change will be borne by Lancorett.
Regarding shipments that are not included within the Iberian Peninsula * and the Balearic Islands, the shipping cost associated with the return of the old garment to the Lancorett facilities will be borne by the buyer. The costs will have to be paid by bank transfer to Lancorett once the company receives the old garment and is in a position to send the product with the new size to the buyer. The new product will not be shipped if the cost of returning the old garment has not been paid before. In any case, Lancorett will bear the cost of shipping the new product to the assigned address.
Regardless of the destination, if successive changes of the same order are made, the related costs will be fully paid by the buyer.

Change of product type
The shipping costs associated with changing one design for a different one will be borne by the buyer. The costs will have to be paid by bank transfer to Lancorett once the company receives the old garment and is in a position to send the new model to the buyer. The new model will not be shipped if the shipping costs associated with the model change have not been paid before.

The costs are different depending on the final location.

* Andorra within the Iberian Peninsula is not included.

First of all, please send an email to info@lancorett.com or call 620512445 to notify your intention to make the change. We will show you the steps to follow to change the product correctly and easily.


Once the intention to make the exchange has been communicated to Lancorett and its subsequent approval, you will receive a link that
will generate a label with which you can go to the Post Office to make the return shipment.

Once the garment to be exchanged is received at the Lancorett facilities, we will proceed to examine the condition of the garment. When it is confirmed that the product has not been used, we will send the new shipment immediately (as long as the new product is in stock). The new product will be shipped within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days once the correct condition of the old garment has been verified and the payment of the associated shipping costs has been received, if necessary.

- The product does not meet your expected features.
- The product has arrived damaged or in poor condition.
- The size of the product does not match your real size (In the event that you want to change for another size, it would be a change). To avoid problems with the size, please consult the "Size Guide" before making the purchase.

- In the three previous cases, in order to proceed with the return, the garment must not have been previously used by the buyer. 

Returns must be made within fourteen (14) natural days since the delivery of the order at destination.

The cost of the return varies depending on the location of the recipient. Once Lancorett is notified of the intention to return the product, our team will inform you as soon as possible of the corresponding related costs.

As established by European regulations, the cost associated with shipping back to the company's facilities is borne by the buyer, as long as it is not a change in size of the product.

Once the product is received at the Lancorett facilities, we will proceed to thoroughly examine the condition of the garment. When it is confirmed that the product has not been used previously, we will refund immediately. The refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) natural days once the condition of the garment has been verified.

In the reimbursement of the product, the shipping costs related to the return will be deducted, which are assumed by the buyer.
