- All orders are meticulously prepared in our facilities, thus guaranteeing their perfect condition for shipment. In case you receive a product in poor condition, please contact our team immediately (by sending an email to info@lancorett.com or by calling / through WhatsApp at 620 51 24 45).
- In case of having problems when placing an order or while browsing through the Lancorett website, please restart / change the browser. If the problems persist, contact us and our technical team will help you to solve them.
- Payments for purchases on the Lancorett website are made through Redsys (BBVA's official payment channel). All encryption and data transfer security systems are followed through the SSL protocol, so the buyer enjoys the protection of these channels at all times.
- The payment methods accepted are:
· Credit card, through the BBVA electronic payment gateway.
Bizum.
· Paypal, an international payment operator with which you can also pay by card, regardless of whether or not you have a PayPal account.

- If at the time of making the payment you suffer any difficulty or error, try the following:

- If you decide to cancel the order after completing the purchase, you can do so without any charge and without providing any reason, as long as the order has not been shipped yet. To make a cancellation, you must contact us as soon as possible.
In case you want to cancel the order once it has been sent, you will not be able to make the cancellation. You must proceed following the conditions of a return.
