1. Responsibilities
Our site shall be exempt from any liability regarding the quality, speed, and availability of the website, as well as the information provided by users and third parties unrelated to the site.
It will also not be responsible for any opinions shared within the platform. On the other hand, the customer acknowledges being aware of the information and characteristics of the purchased products and agrees with the information displayed throughout the platform.
Furthermore, the customer declares that they are of legal age (18 years old) in accordance with current legislation, that they are authorized to use the account and payment method provided, that the information supplied during the process is correct, and that they are aware of and consent to receiving the product at the location indicated during the purchase process.
Our users can place orders through our website, WhatsApp, or by phone, and we will assist them in processing their orders.
The price of the products will always be displayed in “€ euros” and will include VAT taxes, but will not include shipping costs. These will be calculated later before placing the order and communicated to the customer. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify product prices without prior notice. Delivery services will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered.
The customer must agree to and declare that they have read and understood all the information related to the purchased products.
Shipping costs will be included in the final price. All costs will be itemized during the purchase process.
The following payment methods may be used: Bank Transfer and Bizum. Some payment methods may be temporarily unavailable.
We will send an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email once the customer has completed the purchase.
2. Availability
We will inform the customer via WhatsApp or email in case of unavailability of a product after the order has been placed, and the order will be cancelled. The speed of the refund will depend on the type of payment method used by the customer and its conditions.
3. Discounts and Coupons
Discount coupons cannot be combined, with a maximum of one per order. Discount coupons will be offered each time an order is placed. Each coupon will have its own terms of use and conditions.
4. Returns
All items can be returned within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of product delivery.
They must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with their tag, the corresponding receipt/invoice, and the original packaging.
Once the product arrives at our facilities and meets the aforementioned conditions, we will refund the amount of the item in the same payment method used, within 14 business days after the product reaches our headquarters.
The cost of the return pickup service is borne by the customer, and this amount will be deducted from the total refund.

5. Returns due to withdrawal
At Lancorett, we offer personalized services and products, which fall under the exceptions stipulated for the right of withdrawal, as established in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
Section C: “The supply of goods made to the consumer’s and user’s specifications or clearly personalized.”
Therefore, we are exempt from the obligation to provide a withdrawal form or offer this option to users due to the nature of the products offered.
6. Obligations
The users of the platform generally commit to complying with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these conditions immediately, without prior notice or the need to establish deadlines to justify their validity.
7. Security
Our website is an online platform for selling products. We work with fully secure payment gateways, in this case, using Getnet from Bank Santander.
We will only have access to the data provided by the customer solely for processing the order; we will not have access to banking details at any time.
