Shipments and Deliveries
General Information

All shipments destined for Spain and Portugal are managed by the courier company Correos. Available European shipments will be handled by FedEx.

Within the Iberian Peninsula, all orders will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours (business days) from the moment the product leaves the Lancorett facilities. Due to the careful preparation of each order, the product will be dispatched from the Lancorett atelier within a maximum of 24 hours.

Deliveries are made to the address provided during the purchase or to the nearest post office, according to the buyer’s preference.

If you wish to change the delivery address after placing the order, the buyer must contact Lancorett as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, changing the delivery address may incur additional costs to be paid by the buyer.

Once the order has been shipped, the buyer will receive the tracking number for the product. In case of absence at the time of delivery, the courier will contact the buyer to arrange a new delivery.

In the event of two failed delivery attempts due to the buyer’s unavailability at the delivery address, the package will remain at the nearest post office for 15 days before being automatically returned to Lancorett’s facilities. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.

If necessary, Lancorett commits to managing and preparing the required documentation for the corresponding customs procedures.

All additional taxes and duties related to international shipments and shipments to the Canary Islands are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges
– The product does not meet your expected expectations and you wish to exchange it for another model.
– The product size does not correspond to your actual size (To avoid issues with sizing, please consult the “Size Guide” before making your purchase!).
– In both cases, to proceed with the exchange, the garment must not have been previously worn.
Exchanges must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days following the delivery of the order to the destination.
Size exchange
For all orders shipped to the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands*, provided the product is in good condition and has not been previously used, the costs associated with the first size exchange will be covered by Lancorett.
For shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands*, the shipping cost associated with returning the old garment to Lancorett’s facilities will be borne by the buyer. These costs must be paid via bank transfer to Lancorett once the company receives the old garment and is ready to send the product with the new size to the buyer. The shipment of the new product will not be made if the return costs of the old garment have not been paid beforehand. In any case, Lancorett will cover the shipping cost of the new product to the assigned address.
Regardless of the destination, if successive size and/or model changes are made for the same order, all associated costs will be fully borne by the buyer.
Associated costs vary depending on the location.
Model Exchange
The shipping costs associated with exchanging one model for a different one will be borne by the buyer. These costs must be paid via bank transfer to Lancorett once the company receives the old garment and is ready to send the new model to the buyer. The shipment of the new model will not be made if the shipping costs associated with the model exchange have not been paid beforehand.
Associated costs vary depending on the location.
*Andorra is not included within the Iberian Peninsula.
Before anything else, please send an email to [email protected] or call +34 620 512 445 to notify your intention to make an exchange. We will promptly inform you of the steps to follow to correctly and easily process the exchange.
Thanks to the automation of the returns process, once your intention to make a return/exchange has been communicated to Lancorett and approved, you will receive a link generating a shipping label with which you can go to the post office to send the item back.

Once the garment to be exchanged is received at Lancorett’s facilities, we will proceed to examine its condition. When it is confirmed that the product has not been used, we will immediately dispatch the new product (provided the new product is in stock). The shipment of the new product will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days once the correct condition of the old garment has been verified and the payment of any associated shipping costs has been received, if applicable.
Returns
– The product does not meet your expected expectations.
– The product arrived damaged or in poor condition.
– The product size does not correspond to your actual size (If you want to exchange for a different size, this would be considered an exchange). To avoid sizing issues, please consult the “Size Guide” before making your purchase.
– In the above three cases, to proceed with the return, the garment must not have been previously worn by the buyer.
Returns must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days following the delivery of the order to the destination.
The cost of the return varies depending on the recipient’s location. Once Lancorett is notified of the intention to return the product, our team will promptly inform you of the associated costs.
As established by European regulations, the cost of shipping the product back to the company’s facilities is the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of size exchanges.

Once the product is received at Lancorett’s facilities, we will proceed to thoroughly examine the condition of the garment. When it is confirmed that the product has not been previously used, we will immediately process the refund. The refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days after verifying the condition of the garment.
The refund amount will be reduced by the shipping costs associated with the return, which are borne by the buyer.
Return due to withdrawal
At Lancorett, we offer personalized services and products, which fall within the exceptions stipulated for the right of withdrawal, as established by Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
Section C: “The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.»
Therefore, we are exempt from the obligation to provide a withdrawal form as well as from offering this option to users due to the type of product offered.
