To choose the correct size of the garment, it is recommended to take the following measurements, with a tape measure (you may need to ask for help):<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Bust<\/strong>
    With your bra on, position the tape measure across your back, under your arms, and over the fullest part of your bust.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Waist<\/strong>
    It should be measured around the waist, at the narrowest part. The tape should fit snugly against the body, but not too tight.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Hip<\/strong>
    It should be measured above the hipbone, around the widest part.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
